**Overview**:
- The Project Manager is fully accountable for medium-scale projects with significant business impact. This role involves planning and managing the implementation of changes, ensuring business readiness throughout the process.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- **Coordination and Reporting**: Oversee overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- **Project Planning**: Assemble project plans, assign tasks to team members, and monitor daily work efforts.
- **Resource Management**: Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, and timelines as necessary.
- **Milestone Tracking**: Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.
- **Communication**: Coordinate communication across all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project.
- **Project Accountability**: Manage the progress and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all changes are implemented effectively and business readiness is maintained.
**Mandatory Skills and Experiences**:
- **Decision-Making**: Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions.
- **Project Management Expertise**: Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
- **Complex Project Management**: Experience managing one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
