**Fund Lawyer - Evolution Perspectives, International Transactions**

We are delighted to present a new opportunity within an internationally renowned law firm. Recently established in Luxembourg, the firm maintains a human-sized structure with around 10 team members. However, due to the growing client portfolio, the firm is naturally expanding and has ambitious projects planned for the coming years. Our client is currently seeking an Investment Fund Lawyer to strengthen its team.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Law firm - Lawyer - Attorney - Finance - Investment funds - Regulatory**
- You will be responsible for **managing** investment fund matters, primarily in the Private Equity sector.
- You will **draft** and **review** legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and memos.
- Part of your daily responsibilities will include **legal monitoring** to stay up to date with regulatory developments.
- You will **advise** clients effectively and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with them.

- You have at least **2 years of experience** as a fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in **French**, **English**, and **German**, which allows you to communicate comfortably with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Strong **organizational skills** are essential to succeed in this position and meet tight deadlines.
- You have solid experience with **Private Equity funds**, and familiarity with fund financing is a considerable asset.
