**Who are we looking for**:

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Academic Qualification**
- 4 years University degree in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent.
**Working Experience**
- At least 3 years of Transfer Agency or Financial Services experience.
**Technical Knowledge**
- Good knowledge about Fund Industry and Financial Market in general.
**PC Skills**
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Internet
**Language Skills**
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Other European Languages (an advantage)
**Non-technical Skills**
- Show good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines and keep well documented records.
- Filing standards must be maintained
- Function at all times as a team player to build an atmosphere of cooperation within the department.
- Provide assistance and guidance when require.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with Clients, Fund Administration, colleagues and Managers in Shareholder Services.
