What you will be responsible for

As a Depositary Analyst you will be responsible for
- Perform the analysis of the various funds’ structures with investments in private equities/real estate/infrastructure and direct debt.
- Identify risks for fund to be launched and prepare the new business acceptance process.
- Perform due diligence on service providers and AIFMs.
- Setup operating memoranda with AIFM and other service providers such as fund accountant, investor services, etc.
- For new funds, prepare the setup of day-to-day operations linked to the requirements as stipulated in AIFMD Directive as well as linked to the articles in the CSSF Circular18/697.
- Analyzing assets acquired by the fund and determine the flow of ownership verification.
- Responsible for onboarding of new clients.
- Assess other relevant information on normal and alternative structures relating to transactions and cash flows,
- Taking part in the determination and assessment of relevant legal documentation on multi-domicile alternative structures such as private placement memoranda, share purchase agreements, corporate and financing documents, title deeds and similar
- Ensuring implementation of and compliance with relevant internal procedures
- Assist the manager in the Depositary calls and interact with the different internal or external parties.

As Fund Accountant you will be able to work on the below process:

- Be responsible of the NAV Oversight
- Interact with all parties involved in the production of the NAVs to ensure that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreement
- play the role of gatekeeper for responsiveness for all queries submitted by clients
- participate to fund accounting optimization initiatives by standardizing, adopting new technologies and liaising internally with other stakeholders

As AIS Investor Services Specialist you will be responsible for:
The role holder will be responsible for the processing of all investor activities in line with relevant fund prospectus and AML regulations. They will provide an end to end service ensuring an efficient and responsive service to clients and investors whilst following internal policies and procedures.
- Day to day processing of Investor Subscriptions to ensure quick and effective transaction processing
- Review of documentation received from investors and input of new trade details into ISS.
- Review and processing of all AML documentation.
- Confirm the client trade through acknowledgement letters and sending contract note when trade complete.
- Processing of Investor Redemptions to ensure quick and effective transaction processing
- Review of documentation received from Investors.
- Input of redemption into ISS.
- Send final contact notes to the Investor and ensuring transfer of money to the appropriate account.
- Process transfers and switches in accordance with internal and the fund guidelines.
- Daily interaction with clients on all investment activity ensuring effective and clear communication at all times.
- Review of all investment activity on the system ensuring accurate and complete details have been entered onto the system.
- Prepare and distribute monthly investor statements and reports in accordance with investor instructions.
- Working with the Supervisor on enhancement to systems and processes helping to provide enhanced solutions to Investors.
- Administer all processing in line with internal procedure and controls ensuring a risk adverse environment.
- Participate in department wide training efforts - actively attend all required training courses and provide feedback.

As Client Service Custody Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Build expertise in functional and technical knowledge across multiple disciplines attending training as required
- Complete accurate processing of system information to meet internal standards (SOPS, Job Aids etc.)
- Collaborate with others to drive success of team
- Raise ideas to manager to support operational improvements
- Respond in a timely manner to queries such as clients/internal departments
- Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
- Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation
