**YOUR TASKS**
- Administrative Unterstützung des Real Estate Directors bei der Verwaltung eines internationalen, gewerblichen Immobilienportfolios
- Support bei der Planung und Koordination von Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs
- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen sowie bei der Entwicklung von Immobilienprojekten
- Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Fachabteilungen
- Ansprechpartner*in für Mieter*innen sowie Pflege aller immobilienrelevanten Daten

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Abitur und/oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise als Immobilienkauffrau/-mann; alternativ BTS Professions Immobilières oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen, administrativen Bereich, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Sicheres Auftreten, Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sichere MS/Office Kenntnisse
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
