**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Primary leadership role between the Delivery Project Executive and delivery services squad(s).
- Point of contact for the services performed by a defined services delivery squad(s).
- Manages all escalations, client contact requirements, and ensure services coverage by the squad.
- Ensures consistent services delivery meets the committed client quality outcomes, metrics and expectations for the services scope of the squad (relevant SLAs etc.).
- Maintains the flow of work and manage all backlogs and they set priorities for the squad while working to remove hurdles and bottlenecks to work execution.
- Manages CRM and delivery MSAC processes ensuring compliance postures.
- Runs Agile ceremonies and iterate delivery for the squads seeking constantly to improve the outcomes of the squad.
