**Product Manager - Customer Experience**:

**Vos missions**

Afin de développer la stratégie d’orientation client et de digitalisation, le/la **Product Manager - Customer Experience** réalisera la** « discovery » **et mènera à bien la** « delivery »**:

- Capturer, synthétiser et présenter les **besoins de nos clients** et **distributeurs** (agents et courtiers) via des **entretiens**, **enquêtes**, **mapping des parcours et pain point**s, etc
- Analyser les **tendances et enjeux du marché** (ex. évolution et veille concurrentielle - offre services, process )
- Sur ces bases, identifier des **opportunités d’évolution** de nos **produits**, **processus** et **outils**. **Prioriser** ces opportunités par la valeur
- Animer une « **Squad** » virtuelle rassemblant les différentes parties prenantes (ex. Métier, Distribution, Marketing, juridique, Compliance, IT, etc.) pour faire évoluer nos produits, processus, outils, en lien avec les attentes clients & intermédiaires
- Orchestrer la **co-création** des solutions avec la Squad virtuelle
- **Challenger les solutions « techniques »** pour assurer des parcours/expériences uniformes, s’assurer de la cohérence au sein d’AXA Luxembourg et en ligne avec les attentes clients et pratiques de marché
- **Benchmarker les solutions possibles** (ex. entités d’AXA Groupe, concurrence) pour répondre aux besoins des clients / intermédiaires
- Livrer un **plan de solution à implémenter** (ex. évolution des parcours de souscription, évolution outils)
- Suivre **l’implémentation** des solutions priorisées (produit, processus, outil)

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau BAC+3 (ou équivalent)
- Vous avez une expérience dans un poste similaire
- Vous avez un excellent sens de la communication à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Vous avec l’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse et êtes orienté solution
- Vous êtes une personne dynamique et rigoureuse
- Vous avez un esprit collaboratif et vous êtes capable de bâtir un climat de confiance
- Vous maitrisez le français et de l’anglais ; toute autre langue représente un atout
