**Talent Management **& Development **Lead (M/F)**

As a Talent Management & Development lead you** **contribute to the implementation and execution of talent management and development activities that are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and strategy and aimed to assess, develop and manage the organization’s senior and diverse talent pool. The role also tracks progress on succession pipeline strength, development, learning and diversity initiatives as well as the overall organization & employees’ well be. The role reports into the Head of Human Resources.

**Key responsibilities**
- Plays a key role in building the Talent Management & Development capability with the HRBPs and partners with them and the local Lux Exco for talent management & development strategy and processes, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner. You’ll also be a key point of contact within the Market Leaders organization as a whole as part of the Talent Management and Learning & Development teams
- Participates in the design, development, implementation and execution of talent management & employees development programs and initiatives that drive desired (leadership) behavior, provide skill acquisition and enhancement opportunities.
- Support and drive the Annual Talent Review, together with HRBPs (local and global) and business leads to ensure a robust succession planning is in place for the critical positions in Luxembourg. Continue to work together with the local Exco and HRBPs throughout the year to follow up on (development) actions for successors and execution of the Forward Looking Talent Plan.
- Drive initiatives with the aim at increasing employee well be, engagement and retention, as well as enhancing diversity and inclusion in the teams.
- Assist in measuring and assessing the impact of all and initiatives - provide talent analytics including diversity metrics on our key talent population.
- Oversees learning strategy, delivery and alignment to the organizational capabilities framework, collaborating strongly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high impact learning solutions are proposed and implemented
- Develop the required know-how and skills of the HRBPs in the field of Talent Management & Development.

- Interested in and enjoy working on Diversity & Inclusion related topics.
- Experience with and enjoy working with the most senior business leaders and HRBPs to drive the Talent Management & Development agenda. You have an open and collaborative communication style that builds trust and credible relationships.
- Delivery experience in a consulting like environment where the only asset is people. You’re able to translate data into information and create a story that keeps HRBPs and the business engaged. You know your way around Excel/PowerPoint, enjoy doing data analysis and have successfully management big projects. Preferably you have experience in change management, both with senior management stakeholders as well as line managers and employees.
- An eagerness to remain on top of the latest trends in Talent Management & development and share your expertise both within and outside of the company.
- Able to understand and oversee a process end-to-end and to design and implement “easy-to-use” processes and tools enabling the business leads to identify and develop successors for key positions. You understand how to translate strategy and future organisational capabilities into development programs in order to build a future-proof leadership pipeline.
- Profound knowledge of written and oral English and French.
- Preferably you have 10+ years professional experience in competency management, succession management, organizational development, leadership development and/or executive career planning.
