**Job Description**:
Our client is a leading provider of fund services which has a dynamic and innovative culture, renowned for its investment in people and strong client service delivery.
They are looking to hire an Outsourcing Oversight Manager to join their Team. You will have outsourcing oversight and control experience within financial services, with good understand of outsourcing oversight frameworks, and associated Luxembourg regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage, develop and implement a robust outsourcing oversight framework over fund administration and operational activities. This might include but not be limited to facilitating due diligence questionnaires, risk and control assessments; gap analysis, quality assurance testing
- Ensure correct reporting and internal governance over process including SLA review
- Preparing reports to senior stakeholders, with dashboard status, any risk and control concerns; actions required. Attend operational, outsourcing and risk committees
- Lead and deliver regulatory and ad hoc projects that may impact outsourcing oversight framework and controls. Ensure all relevant policy and procedure is updated accordingly
- At least 5 years of experience including similar outsourcing oversight and control experience within financial services. Understanding of outsourcing oversight frameworks key.
- Good practical knowledge of working with alternative funds (private equity, real assets, private debt). Interest in and knowledge of regulations that impact alternative funds and fund services
- Good control, governance and risk management skills as well as strong analytic and project management skills
- Collaborative and able to build relationships across the business and with various stakeholders
- Fluent English is essential, good knowledge of other European languages a plus
