Main Duties & Responsibilities- Manage the investment management oversight policies, procedures, processes, SLAs and Due Diligence questionnaires to ensure the compliance with the applicable regulations and the internal processes- Ensure the compliance of the delegated investment managers with the applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as Group guidance- Create and oversee the investment manager/investment advisor due diligence plan- Ensure day-to-day controls on delegated duties of portfolio managers & investment advisors (internal and external)- Maintain the database of delegated investment managers and investment advisors- Perform the initial and ongoing due diligence, as well as ongoing monitoring of the investment managers and investment advisors, including the on-site visits where appropriate- Identify, assess operational risks and highlight findings/ recommendations (where relevant) in the due diligence report- Gather quarterly KPIs from Portfolio Managers, analyses the results, perform escalation and follow through completion- Liaise with the delegated investment managers to define and monitor corrective actions in case advanced risk indicators are identified as part of the risk management monitoring- Manage day to day investment manager oversight process, including the relationship with the appointed third-party vendors responsible for the activity, support workflow between the internal teams and external service providers- Attend monthly meetings with delegates (investment managers, fund administrators) as needed- Prepare various reports to the Boards and Committees on investment management oversight, including regular assessment of key performance indicators, performance reports calculation and analysis and contribute to the automatization of the existent processes- Participate in preparing the Investment Committee reports- Assist with the review and coordination of the legal documentation (e.g. Investment Management Agreements, Prospectus/Offering Memorandum/LPAs)- Assist with completion of various projects and ad-hoc tasks: compliance with EMIR, SFTR, SFDR, DAC 6 etc.- Follow up the evolution of ESG requirements and related market practice- Participate and support, where appropriate, the Valuation Committee- Actively participate and support in any projects linked to the ManCo for which the support of the investment management oversight function is required- Stay informed of the latest market trends and industry drivers to monitor and challenge the portfolio performances of the delegated investment managers

Qualifications & Experience- University degree in business or finance (or equivalent)- Five years of experience in fund industry (supervision of delegated portfolio management, asset management, risk management)- Knowledge of the markets, investment strategies, financial instruments, legal and regulatory requirements of UCITS/AIF fund industry, knowledge of the CSSF Circular 18/698-
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage
