Main Duties & Responsibilities- Own, review and update the delegation/outsourcing framework, i.e., the Outsourcing/Delegation policy, procedures, systems- Work with business functions to ensure full compliance with Outsourcing policy and procedures- Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement regulatory changes into the GAM’s processes and to ensure that all current requirements are met in relation to the outsourced activities- Support and advise the relevant oversight departments regarding the internal and legal requirements for outsourcing- Work with the departments to ensure all intragroup services outsourced are appropriately completed and are monitored on an ongoing basis (via KPIs, service review calls, etc.)- Ensure that the database of all delegates and outsourced partners is maintained (internal and external)- Ensure maintenance and implementation of the multiyear monitoring plan- Work with the oversight departments to establish the due diligence and ongoing oversight process on delegates and outsources partners in line with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including support in design and update of the oversight related templates - due diligence, KPI questionnaires, due diligence reports, procedures and process.- Prepare various reports to the Boards and Committees in relation to outsourcing controlling activities- Own, review and update distribution oversight and marketing related policies, procedures, processes, SLAs and Due Diligence questionnaires to ensure the compliance with the applicable regulations and the internal processes- Ensure the compliance of GAM’s distribution delegated (internal and external) with the applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as Group guidance- Monitor the list of countries in which the funds are intended to be distributed- Analyse and reconcile the marketing materials used by delegated parties- Maintain the database of delegated distributors and intermediaries- Create and oversee the distribution/intermediary due diligence plan for the distribution delegates and marketing intermediaries- Perform the initial and ongoing due diligence, as well as ongoing monitoring of the distribution delegates and intermediaries, including the on-site visits where appropriate- Prepare various reports to the Boards and Committees on distribution, including regular assessment of key performance indicators- Assist with the review of distribution/intermediary agreements, rebate agreements, comfort letters, etc.- Ensure adherence to distribution strategy and product governance processes on behalf of the Company- Keep abreast of external and internal regulatory bodies, local and Group-wide distribution standards and business changes; assess any potential impact for the Company

Qualifications & Experience- University degree in business or finance (or equivalent)- Five years of experience in fund industry, ideally in a Big 4 or a Management Company- Knowledge of Luxembourg regulations regarding delegation/outsourcing, cross-border distribution, distribution oversight, as well as CSSF Circular 18/698, AML/CFT laws and regulations-
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage
