**RSM** **Luxembourg** is composed of 5 different entities (RSM Tax & Accounting, RSM Financial Services, RSM Audit, RSM Fund Management and RSM Payroll), all sharing the same reception and meeting rooms. For this, we are looking for a dynamic person to join us:
**Receptionist (M/F) - 40h/week**

You will manage our reception and meeting room area, as well as the switchboard from 8: to 5, Monday to Friday.

**Your Role**:

- You will greet clients and visitors in a professional way and manage the meeting room reservations;
- You will manage the switchboard and forward calls while providing information when required;
- You will sort and dispatch the incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- When necessary, you will arrange for catering to be delivered and for setting up lunches;
- You will make sure that reception is being attended to at all times and maintain a clean and impeccable reception area;
- You will perform other administrative duties when requested.

**Your Profile**:

- You are reliable, discreet and have an excellent presentation with a good team spirit;
- You are fluent in French and English, German and Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- You are proactive and a good team player, motivated and professional;
- You have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail;
- Previous experience in a similar position is an asset.
