**Custody Client Account Manager (M/W)**
- Permanent Contract_

As a Client Account Manager, you will be the lead point of contact for all Custody clients with an advanced knowledge of the Custody services offer, operational flows and client specifics.

You will ensure that the service provided to the client is satisfying at all stages by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of continuous improvement.

You will create, maintain and manage the relationship with the clients in Custody perimeter.

**Key responsibilities**
- To be the lead point of contact for BNP PARIBAS clients within Custody Luxembourg and

manage the relationship with the clients for Custody services
- To ensure the guarantee of an excellent service delivery to clients for Custody Luxembourg segment
- Ensure the client needs are perfectly understood and met
- Respond and follow-up on all client queries and ensure their efficient resolution by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Know your customers and develop a relationship of trust with them
- Maintain and update the contractual documents
- Review and present Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the quality of service
- Prepare and participate to the Client Service Reviews, Due diligences and represent the department in Client Teams.

**Advantages of the position**:

Ensure service delivery quality to client and anticipate clients’ needs.

**Working environment**:
You will join within the Custody department, the Client Account Management Team where you will act as single point of contact for our clients within the department. You will become part of an entrepreneurial team. You will also have the opportunity to work within a multicultural and dynamic environment where you will get a personalized training plan to develop your knowledge and skills.

**Your profile**

**Education**:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance

**Professional experience**:
5 years minimum experience in the securities services business, demonstrating good in-depth technical knowledge of global custody flows and products.

Good working knowledge of custody systems would be considered as an advantage.

**Soft skills**:

- A strong customer service and quality orientation mindset
- Ability to understand client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to assess risk and act/communicate proactively
- Problem solving and adaptability: analytical skills, mind for solutions
- Structuration in communication and high attention to details
- The capacity to work independently and to take initiative

**Professional experience**:

- Strong knowledge of the Fund industry deliveries and specifically in the Custody services
- Previous successful experience in a similar client facing position

**Technical skills**:
Traditional office tools

**Language skills**:
Be fluent in English and German, French will be an advantage.
