**Assistant Finance CCD (h/f/x) - Luxembourg**

**Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Finance au sein de son équipe CCD (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités situées à Luxembourg**

Dans ce département, une équipe d’ambassadeurs d'Otis enthousiastes, proactifs et orientés vers le client, dirigée par un(e) chef d'équipe, s'efforcera de fournir des solutions et un service de qualité supérieure.

**Missions principales**

Au sein de l’équipe Customer Care Desk, vos principales missions seront:

- Le suivi et préparation des demandes de bookings des contrats de maintenance en interaction avec les commerciaux
- Le/la garant(e) du process d’enregistrement de commande interne: de la commande, édition des factures jusqu’à leur recouvrement
- De l’édition des factures selon avancement chantier en collaboration avec les Field managers
- Du suivi et relance des factures et du top dispute
- De la relation clients et suivi des demandes de duplicatas, reprises de factures, gestion des litiges
- De la préparation des dossiers de contentieux transmis mensuellement à notre avocat

Vous serez en interaction quotidienne avec notre responsable comptable et le Branch Manager afin d’établir un suivi des dossiers et priorités.

**Profil**
- Expérience et diplôme pertinent et justifiez d’une précédente expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire
- Rigueur, organisation, sens des priorités, collaboration inter services, sens de la relation clients et satisfaction aigu.
- Compétences en communication, maitrise du pack office
- Maitrise de l’anglais est nécessaire au quotidien
- La maitrise de l’allemand/Luxembourgeois est un plus dans ce poste
- Capacité d'empathie : Ecoute active permettant d’utiliser les informations obtenues pour trouver une solution rapide;
- Prise d’initiative, attitude proactive, capacité de décision dans un intérêt commun
