Within Transaction Banking, BNP Paribas Trade Finance franchise is recognised as one of the world’s top three and the first in Europe according to various studies. The activity leverages on over 350 experts and a network of more than 100 dedicated trade centers across 60 countries, supporting clients to optimize, secure and/or finance their import & export ie international trade transactions worldwide. **Main tasks & responsibilities**: Reporting to the Head of Trade Finance in coordination with the Head of Transaction Banking, the mission will be to participate actively to the daily commercial activities: - To actively participate to the daily management of the Trade Finance transactions, in direct contact with other BNPP entities and possibly clients: Trade Guarantees, Export & Import Letters of credit ; Discounting of receivables, Payables Financing, Supply Chain Financing; Trade Collections - To contribute to the activity reporting and identification of new opportunities leveraging on client information, transaction or client databases,. - To prepare internal and external commercial pitchbooks / proposals under the supervision of sales officers ; - Contribute to various projects (digital, process improvement, database management) **Advantages of the position**: You develop your expertise in Trade and Cash management and gain an overall knowledge about Corporate treasury and financial instruments. **Working environment**: BGL BNP Paribas is one of the market leaders, benefits from a global services offer via more than 300 experts in more than 100 trade centers in 60 countries all over the world. **You profile**: **Education**: Master or Advanced Master from a leading International University or Business School, specialized in Finance, Economics and ideally with some knowledge of International Trade Finance. **Professional Experience**: Previous experience as an intern in a banking environment would be a plus. **Behavioural Skills**: - Rigor - Ability to collaborate / team spirit - Organization skills - Reliability **Technical Skills**: Economics, legal, banking, Corporate Financing, International Trade Finance **Language skills**: - You are fluent in French and in English - Being fluent in German would be a plus **Lieu principal**: Luxembourg **Type d'emploi**: Stage **Domaine d'activité**: STATUTS TEMPORAIRES **Niveau d'Etudes***: Master ou équivalent (> 4 ans) **Niveau d'expérience***: Débutant **Horaire**: Temps plein
