**Your next challenge**:
1. Lead, supervise and coordinate the preparation of BIL Group financial results, guaranteeing the robustness of figures and timely deliveries.

2. Identify, understand, monitor results and forecasts against budget and trajectory, explain deviations and evolutions based on an excellent understanding of the banking P&L, the macro-economic environment and commercial fundamentals.

3. Enforce a virtuous continuous improvement circle, with objective to significantly increase processes efficiency, figures reliability/coherence/quality and to reduce time-to-market of reports to the Executive Committee, Board, Commercial management and Regulator.

4. Optimize / work out the ecosystem in which Financial Control is acting, jointly working with Accounting, Risk & Finance data, Projects, Cost Management and ALM teams.

5. Responsible for capital analysis, forecasting and planning, computing bank's capital ratios in line with Basel IV.

Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and 5-year financial trajectory, coordinating with relevant departments.

**Your skills**:
1. Consolidate BIL Group financial results, collecting and integrating multiple information from various stakeholders and systems (subsidiaries, accounting, cost management, risk, etc.).

2. Review financial treatments, rigorously cross-check numbers and challenge financial results. Maintain control over the completeness and the reliability of the data.

3. Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of 8 persons: result-oriented, quality and efficiency, upskilling and people development.

4. Distil key messages/trends from financial results and summarize key findings to support the steering of the bank.

5. Manage operational risk at all time, ensuring accurate documentation of processes, versatility of team members, sustainability of activities and appropriate levels of controls.

6. Propose and implement continuous improvements, leveraging all available means (process reviews, automation, RPA, Dataiku, IT developments), thinking out of the box to identify pragmatic solutions, conducting the change internally.

Actively contribute to the redesign of BIL Group Financial Control, collaborating and co-constructing with other Financial Control team leaders and with other BIL subsidiaries
