We are looking for a

**Contract Manager (M/F/d)**

Become part of our future, helping our clients in Luxembourg to imagine and realise their ambitious construction and infrastructure projects.

**Your main tasks**:

- In this function, you are responsible for all contractual matters relating to the company. This mainly includes the following tasks:

- Contract management, including creating and commenting on all contractual relations
- Analyse risks and development of countermeasures
- Analyse claims, their defence or their enforcement
- Legal, regulatory and technology watch
- Counsel and support to the general management in the corporate development
- Provide advice and guidance in best company practice, governance, compliance and processes
- Counsel and support in sales and procurement related activities.

**What do we expect?**
- Degree in business law or business administration and at least seven years of sound corporate experience
- Structured, independent and accurate way of working, combined with a high degree of reliability and commitment
- Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with cost and risk awareness
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality including cross-departmental thinking and action
- Technical affinity to civil construction and willingness to familiarize yourself with relevant topics
- Knowledge of public procurement regulations and tendering processes are desirable
- Fluency in written and spoken French and German are essential, additional knowledge in English and / or Luxembourgish is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, assertiveness and diplomatic negotiating skills.
