Description
In this position, you will be asked to set up and negotiate contracts for the company, as well as lead challenging discussions with suppliers. If you are eager to use your legal knowledge to file claims and contribute to the success of projects, then join our team and report directly to the Head of Supply Chain department.

**Your main tasks**:

- Organizing and maintaining records linked to supplier correspondence
- Comprehensive contractual responsibility for any kind of services required during the project, especially supplier related
- Being the contact person in Claim-Management on supplier side
- Setting up of tender documents
- Administrating and managing contracts for various projects on national and international scale in coordination with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management and Legal Teams
- Advising the procurement department on legal issues and in the context of supplier negotiations
- Preparation of legal opinions or statements on current issues and fundamental questions
- Contributing in daily operation processes.

**What do we expect?**
- Master Degree in Law, ideally combined with a technical degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the oil or gas industry
- Good communication, negotiation and analytic skills
- Highly proactive and pragmatic to ensure efficient decision making
- Ability to learn autonomously and work independently
- Very good MS-Office usage skills
- Fluency in English and German. Turkish language skills are beneficial.
