La Française Am Finance Services is looking to add a "Data Dissemination Officer" position in Luxembourg to strengthen the Data Dissemination team. As member of the Data Dissemination platform, the employee ensures the overall quality of data dissemination (static, dynamic, regulatory and documents) sent to third-party data providers and distributors for asset managers of Groupe La Française (GLF) and asset managers distributed by GLF. This employee is expected to perform some of the following duties: Overall quality of direct dissemination to Data Providers for asset managers of GLF and asset managers: - generate templates in “Openfunds” format through the internal system “Lighttrade” - manage subscriptions of dynamic data and documents - control of the files through the Data Partner Portal of FE fundinfo - liaise internally with employees qualified as “producers” of the data - be a point of contact for third-party data providers for Groupe La Française Overall quality of direct dissemination to Distributors for asset managers: - generate data sets and send to distributors who are not sourced via data providers - be a point of contact for exchanges with distributors on data dissemination **Oversee indirect data flows for asset managers**: - elaborate comprehensive charts and procedures of data dissemination flows - participate to a smooth transmission of data between data providers sourced directly by Groupe La Française and other data providers or distributors - be a point of contact for these indirect counterparties **Your way working with us**: - Proven analytical skills - ability to extract, analyze and assimilate information - Proficiency in major MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - University degree, ideally in Business administration, Finance, Economics or other related studies - Minimum 2 years’ experience, of which >1 year in Investment Fund data management - Fluent in English and French, other languages considered as an advantage - Result-oriented with a strong sense of commitment and a problem-solving attitude - Capacity to facilitate transversal relationships and to manage several topics with a hands-on mentality - Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyze requests and propose durable solutions - Being a team player in a matrix organization, showing initiative, service-oriented - Ability to work under pressure/with big data and demonstrate integrity and respect
