**Job description**: To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a **Reference Data Manager **speaking **french and english**. **Your main responsibilities**: - Develop a robust IT specification framework for data flows, form acquisition to dissemination and reference data management - Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their processes and requirements - Collaborate closely with IT teams to understand the information system architecture and their constraints - Coach business team members in the effective use of FMR, with an emphasis on clarity and consistency - Define the scope of the FMR tool usage, the scope and the acquisition and dissemination process and the scope of the reference data management - Ensure that the specifications produced are understandable and usable by the IT and business team - Ensure that the analyses produced are compatible with Agile methodologies and enable iterative and incremental delivery **Job requirements**: **Your profile**: - You have at least 5 years of experience in reference data and 2 years in FMR implementation - Diplôma: Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Fluent in **French **and **English**: - Technical Skills: - Reference Data Management and Statistical Data Systems - SDMX protocol and Fusion Metadata Registry - Data flows - Data modelling - Data warehouse - Agile Methodology certification is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects - Abilitity to translate business needs into clear and concise functional/technical specifications - Ability to consider the IT architecture and constraints - Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes - Soft Skills: - Effective communication and collaboration skills **_ **What is offered**: - Take the opportunity to join our "NSI family", where human values remain at the heart of our priorities - Permanent contract - Training courses - Dynamic and innovative environment - Be in the position to open your career perspectives - Competitive salary package **_
