The Amazon Marketplace is a critical part of the Amazon ecosystem, which offers millions of sellers the opportunity to build and grow their businesses using Amazon’s reach and expertise.

As a product manager on the team, you will oversee the seller journey to become compliant with Amazon products end-to-end to ensure a seamless seller experience. You will advocate for our sellers and own the strategy, requirements, and roadmap to translate our vision into reality. You will create consensus with both internal and external teams like software engineering, design, business, compliance, legal, public policy, and external service provider teams. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the business, champion the needs of the sellers, and dive deep into the technology and operational implications of the products you oversee.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the vision and working backwards plan for building a frictionless seller experience on Amazon products for our sellers.
- Monitor and report the products' performance based on the seller's experience to leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around the priorities, features, and capabilities required to translate the vision into reality.
- Write requirements and specifications to meet business requirements and drive the product development schedule of our stakeholders from design to release.
- Work closely with product teams, seller engagement, policy, and other teams to define and improve our products.
- Define, prioritize, and plan the resources needed for successful product deliveries on time.
- Communicate product releases, impacts, and timelines to leaders and stakeholders.
