**_ Mid-level Fund Associate _**_- Your Role :_**
- Advise and assist alternative investment funds (PE/RE, SOPARFI, Luxembourg structures) throughout their lifecycle. **This allows you to strengthen your technical expertise while gaining a comprehensive view of the funds market.**:

- Take part in the structuring, incorporation, liquidation, and daily management of funds. **These diverse responsibilities ensure continuous learning and an engaging workload.**:

- Handle general meetings, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. **This gives you direct exposure to impactful projects and enhances your project management skills.**:

- Collaborate with international colleagues and work closely with high-profile clients. **This boosts your professional visibility and expands your long-term network.**

**_ Mid-level Fund Associate _**_- Your Profile:_**
- ** 4-6 years** of experience in a Luxembourg law firm, with a focus on investment funds (**AIF, PE/RE**).
- Registered with the Luxembourg Bar Association (**List I or II**)
- ** Stable career path** and ambition to progress in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in **French and English**; German is an asset.
- Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
- Proactive, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset.
