For this **international and multicultural** law firm, present in several European countries, we are currently recruiting a Mid-Level Associate Corporate.

Since its inception, this law firm has been able to establish itself as a growing player on the market, which is why they currently have several offices but especially a prestigious and international client base, which include clients from all over the world.

With an expertise ranging from Banking & Finance to Corporate Law/M&A, Public Law, Litigation and so on to Investment Funds, you are sure to be part of a law firm that is able to assist its clients on all legal matters and develop a loyal client base as a result. Furthermore, that also means that you are in contact daily with lawyers with an excellent and diverse expertise.

With a team composed of around 30 people in Luxembourg including less than 10 people in the Corporate team, you will fully enjoy a human-sized and multicultural environment with colleagues from all levels of experience and their own goals and objectives.

You will also have the chance to **evolve** throughout the years and achieve positions such as Counsel or even Partner in time, in a law firm that recognizes the people’s daily investment.

- You will offer your clients a personalized approach and quality-oriented advice in terms of corporate transactions such as financing/refinancing, venture capital, mergers, acquisitions and more.
- You will draft, negotiate and review legal documents and contracts and proactively assist your clients in the follow-up or in case they have questions.
- Remaining up to date with all evolutions in terms of corporate law is an integral part of your function as this allows you to maintain the high standards of service of the law firm. As a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice, you will have a first exposure in supervising and coaching junior associates.

- With **3 to 6 years** of experience as an Associate Corporate in a law firm in Luxembourg, you have been able to focus on offering a quality-oriented service.
- You can easily communicate in English and French.
- You of course obtained a Master's degree in Law and your CCDL. You are also very interested in continuing to acquire new skills in corporate law and the Luxembourgish regulations.
- You enjoy coaching others or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
- You have a **stable career path** and care about investing yourself long-term in a law firm.
