For this **international and multicultural** law firm, present on several continents, we are currently recruiting an experienced Investment Fund Lawyer.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Investment Fund Lawyer - Investment Funds - Law - Law Firm**

- You take care of the **fund set-up and structuring**, being alternative investment funds.
- **You advise asset managers, fund promoters, and institutional investors** on these setups, structurings, and operations of investment funds under Luxembourg law.
- You represent the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders. The objective is for you to evolve to a Counsel role in the short/medium term and become a key member of the fund department.

- With **at least 5 years** of experience as an investment fund lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, you have been able to focus on offering a quality-oriented service.
- You can easily communicate in English and French, meaning that you can hold professional conversations without any issue with international clients. You will deal with **regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds**.
- You of course obtained a Master’s degree in Law and your CCDL. You are also very interested in the investment industry in Luxembourg.
- You enjoy coaching and have had the opportunity to do so, or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
- You ideally have a **stable career path** and care about investing yourself long-term in a law firm.
