Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people?

In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities

In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of the Administrations & Purchasing department, we are looking to hire immediately an **:Administration & Purchasing Manager (M/F/d).**

**Responsibilities**:
**_What you will be doing :_**
- Organising, planning, training and developing the team
- Establishing and developing the management system of procedures related to procurement administration
- Establishing and managing the budget on a daily basis
- Initiating new projects and working closely and effectively with other department heads to ensure strategic and operational alignment across the company
- Managing existing and new contracts in terms of writing, signing, update requests, renewals
- Developing the management and control system for signed contracts with customers and suppliers
- Managing the inventory of supplies
- Managing negotiations with external partners
- Set up, develop and monitor the evolution of KPI's
- Participating in the integration of new employees

Must Have Requirements
**_What you will need :_**

**Education / training**:

- Postgraduate degree (Bac +5) in supply management, logistics, business administration or equivalent experience in a similar function

**Experience**:

- 5 years experience in a similar position

**Languages**:

- English: fluent in speaking and writing
- French: fluent in speaking and writing
- German and Luxembourgish are an advantage
