**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?**:
The Director of Investment Administration is responsible for providing insight and direction, lead investment teams, complete all fund transactions, and effectively maintain portfolio developments. He/she will be responsible for managing the organization's funding in accordance to the company's investment policy.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Responsible for establishment and maintenance of a financial and operational processing environment focused on ethical standards and appropriate internal controls;
- Lead the Investment Service strategy unit within the company and participates in various senior level committees;
- Ensure compliance with investment mandates and other regulations, and the adoption and implementation of sound internal controls that are in line with LIA standards;
- Participate in the strategic planning and decision making for the Investment Administration department;
- Develop and implement effective investment processes and strategies, continuously review and modify operational processes undertaken in investment administration to improve efficiency and reduce risks of errors;
- Recommend changes to the organization’s investment policies based on current market conditions;
- Evaluate the performance of the organization’s current assets and identify areas that could be improved;
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and licensing requirements;
- Lead and support multiple product launches, projects, UAT and senior stakeholders request in terms of Investment Operations;
- Work with business risk and control team to identify risks through periodic oversight on processes and service providers;
- Support Finance department for Financial year end closing for investment related information;
- Participate in research activities such as analysing economic trends, insurance developments, and company performance;
- Keep up-to-date with any changes or developments in the insurance sector.

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Director of Investment Administration?**:

- University or Business School degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field from an accredited institution;
- Relevant experience in Investment administration preferably in the insurance industry (at least 10 years);
- Strong experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team of fund investment professionals;
- Efficient ambitious thinker with an ability to be accountable, transparent, and committed required;
- Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving skills;
- Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making;
- Strong organizational skills to manage on demand requests, projects and daily duties;
- Maintain a strong professional work ethic, with a risk and control mindset;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, preferably in multi-cultural and international contexts;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal);
- Ability to work under pressure as well as tight deadlines;
- Master’s Degree preferred;
- Experience in the insurance industry;
- Up-to-date with the latest developments in the insurance sector;
- Any other language is considered as an asset.
