**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?**
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- PS and query management (helicopter view on PSA and queries: ongoing cases, incoming numbers/pending numbers/delays/bottle necks, quality of incoming and outgoing)
- Ensure timely processing of sensitive transactions (Initiation within 24h)
- Ensure timely processing of queries related to PS in general.
- Ensure proactive escalation to the Head of Department of any issues related to the above.
- Ex.: desired ad hoc help support/advice/projects to take forward
- OPI management related to PSA
- Procedure management related to PSA
- Help team members grow, through 1-1s, yearly performance review, team meetings, training, involving them in managerial projects/tasks, Risk champion activities**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our PSA Manager?**
- Degree in Finance, economics, law and/or relevant professional training
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance and team management
- Insurance expertise
- KYC/AML legislation and practices Clear and concise communicator, shows ownership, problem-solving, solution oriented, service oriented, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, negotiation, team work, etc.
- People Management skills and experience
- IT skills (for example Office, Java, etc.)Fluent in English is an absolute must, any other European Language, preferably Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, French, Dutch,is an asset.**We offer you**
