At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on a pivotal role as a Senior Service Delivery Manager. If you're ready to lead impactful projects and inspire teams in a challenging environment, this opportunity is for you
**Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary liaison between client IT and business leads, holding weekly touchpoints to align on priorities and progress.
Be the go-to escalation contact to address critical issues, prioritize actions, and provide focused resolutions.
Ensure all tickets are resolved on time, service requests are delivered as scheduled, and overall performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with offshore project managers to review team deliverables and maintain alignment with expectations.
Facilitate communication between users and IT teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Support the identification and documentation of specific requirements in the SAP domain when needed.
**Profile**:
Fluency in French and English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
Experience in coordinating and guiding distributed teams, including offshore resources.
A solid understanding of SAP systems and related modules to support operational and business requirements.
