**Roles and responsibilities of Change management Specialist/ Trainer of trainers**
In the role of “The Change Management Specialist”, you will:
- Support communication efforts: enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications for several SPC projects.
- Support training efforts: provide document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs for newcomers and ensure continuity in e-learnings programs on tools& processes.
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans : Communications Plan, and Training Plan
- Train other trainers across EPO organization
- Develop the change management assessment approach
- Proceed to benchmarking with other segments on the best practices in digitalization, purchasing processes and procedures
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- In
**Your profile**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Proven experience in Communication and trainings
- Strong experience within purchasing processes
- Ethic and non hierarchical relationship.
- Finance, Audit, Engineering Academic background/
- Ability to work autonomously, to be able to be synthetic, and have an analytical mindset;
- Reliability, flexibility to address to customers’ needs and priorities, User centric approach
- “System oriented” mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent change management skills
- English full Professional Proficiency
