About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful digital implementations within a leading Finance institution in Luxembourg. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth adoption, minimizing resistance, and driving engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a change management strategy for the implementation of a new digital system.
- Work closely with stakeholders across business, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Identify potential resistance points and develop targeted interventions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Assess change readiness and track adoption metrics to ensure successful implementation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally in digital transformation projects within the Finance industry.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and training strategies.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change within complex and regulated environments.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, STEEPLECHANGE FRAME ICT Change Certification) and project methodologies like Agile.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a plus).
