Devoteam Luxembourg is expanding its Change Management expertise and team **If you're passionate about driving change, adoption and have a knack for project management, coupled with a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions, we want to hear from you **

You'll be at the forefront of our clients' projects, driving transformative change and ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies. Your role will involve crafting and implementing robust change management strategies, ensuring projects meet objectives on time and within budget. You'll serve as a coach and mentor to senior leaders, executives, frontline managers, and colleagues, guiding them through the change process and fostering a culture of adaptability. To optimize the adoption of new digital tools for end users, you will also provide trainings on Microsoft 365 related products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop tailored change management strategies and assess their impact
- Assess current processes and evaluate the impact of change
- Lead change management activities using a structured methodology
- Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics & anticipate resistance
- Create, deliver and coordinate change plans following a methodology
- Provide hands-on support and training, particularly on Microsoft 365 products
- Coach stakeholders at all levels - sponsors teams, managers, supervisors, etc
- Engage with business users to drive rapid adoption of new tools and technologies
- Solid experience in consulting and digital transformation, with ideally a focus on Digital Workplace and collaborative tools
- Proven expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to articulate messages effectively to diverse audiences & maintain strong relationships with customers/stakeholders
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
- Flexibility, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and embrace new opportunities
- Fluency in both French and English
- Experience as a trainer on Microsoft products is a strong plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management, Project Management, Microsoft 365, Azure) are advantageous.
