**Introduction**

As IT team leader, you are involved in the development of the ArcelorMittal Europe Flat product catalog.

The product catalog is a main element of the order entry process in charge of product configuration and feasibility calculation. It’s the system making the link between commercial and plant systems.

The team is divided in several countries, having people in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and India.

**What does the job entail?**

As IT team leader, you’re responsible to ensure that all changes required by the business are delivered on time, on schedule and with respect of ArcelorMittal quality standard.

You’re in continuous contact with the business to support them in definition of the needs. Along with the A2C team and ArcelorMittal architects you design new solutions to answer these needs.

As IT team leader you commit to a budget and a schedule. You oversee day-to-day team’s operation and organization to respect these commitments, improve quality, and prepare the team to face future challenges.

You become a referent on the functional aspects of the system. You conduct training sessions with employees (as well as the entry-level ones) to develop and maintain the level of skills and knowledges.

- Ability to produce feedback and reporting
