**YOUR DAILY LIFE**

As Bid Technical Manager with a strong software expertise, you will be responsible for leading and managing the technical aspects of our bids.

You should have in-depth knowledge of software development, enabling you to take ownership of the technical bid content and significantly reduce the time and effort our developers spend on bid preparation. You will work closely with sales, project management, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality proposals that increase the company’s chances of winning contracts while optimizing resource use.

**More specifically, your main missions will be to**:

- Analyze tender specifications and identify technical requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Organize and monitor the technical elements of bid preparation and bid execution, from initial review to final submission.
- Build and write the technical sections of bids with the support of engineering and developers teams.
- Create, organize and maintain a realistic schedule to drive bid activities.
- Produce a reliable baseline cost data (Estimate Pack) for bid deliverable.
- Ensure all technical deliverables are accurate, complete, compliant with customer requirements and submitted on time.
- Coordinate input from developers and technical experts, minimizing disruption to ongoing projects.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders (Bid Manager, Sales and Business Development) to align technical and commercial proposals.
- Provide input on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs from a technical perspective.
- Implement best practices in bid preparation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase win rates.
- Maintain and update a library of reusable technical content and templates.

**YOUR PROFILE**

You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with a proven experience in technical bid management, proposal engineering, or a similar role within the software and digital industry ?

**You have**:

- Technical background with a strong understanding of a wide range of software competencies - such as cloud, AI, software products and/or space technologies - enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
- Strong understanding of bid processes (RFP, RFQ etc) and proposal compliance.
- Proficiency with bid management tools, costing, risk analysis, scheduling, work organization (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent technical writing skills and complete proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Delivery and results-oriented, able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure.
