For its Commercial Support team, Retail Banking is looking for a trainee/intern for a minimum of 6 months as soon as possible.

Your mission:

- Handle customer queries on their day-to-day operations (accounts, cards, etc.) or on the bank's products (savings, personal loans/housing, etc.).
- Contribute to the administrative follow-up of customer files
- Detect customer needs and redirect them to our sales teams
- Support the team in day-to-day tasks
- Comply with current legislation and regulations
- Contribute to the improvement of the bank's processes.

Your profile:
Education and experience
- Education (minimum BAC+3) preferably with a commercial, economic, financial, administrative or management orientation.
- Minimum 6-month contractual internship

Skills
- Excellent communication, writing and spelling skills
- Rigor, autonomy, flexibility and proactivity
- Ability to analyze, organize and summarize
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Power point...)
- Team spirit, empathy and good customer relations skills

Languages
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset.
