For our department _Talent Attraction_**within **Human Resources department**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Internship Talent Attraction (M/F/x)_**
**_Main duties:_**
- Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Attraction’s recruiting process
- Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed (interviews scheduling, job fairs organization, recruitment event research, database management, job postings, interview scheduling)
- Help plan and organize HR related events
- Participate to interviews with recruiters to gain experience and knowledge
**_Required profile:_**
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with a wide variety of individuals
- High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
- Priorities management
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Ability to effectively use Office pack
- Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
- Excellent communication skills in French and English is mandatory (oral and written), Luxemburgish and German considered as an asset.
- Please note that this job is open for an apprenticeship of** 1 year minimum
