Your Tasks
**Talent Acquisition**:
**Manage the entire recruitment process for the bank's trainees**: meeting with managers, creating and publishing job offers, screening CVs, handling HR interviews, and organizing manager interviews.
**Manage the onboarding of trainees and new bank employees**: draw up agreements, prepare for the arrival of new employees, integrate new employees, and conduct welcome presentations during onboarding.
Assist the recruitment team in organizing recruitment, security checks, and managing the shared mailbox.
**Handle various administrative tasks**: sending out forms, receiving documents, and updating employee files.
Manage various HR projects (Mobility Days, Recruitment Forum, etc.).
Support the Head of Talent in the Internal Mobility campaign and work on internal communication campaigns
Your Profile
**Skills and Behavior**:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Curious and enthusiastic
Strong writing skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of marketing / infographic concepts (Canva, Sharepoint, etc) are a strong plus
**Experience**:
University student (Bachelor / Masters) in business, economics, human sciences, law, or a related field.
A first experience in Human Resources is an advantage, but not required.
**Languages**:
Good knowledge of French and English is required.
