Take on a central role in steering the bank's product lifecycle - from ideation and launch to review and termination. This position offers direct exposure to senior management, strategic decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading financial institution.

As a Product Governance Manager, you will help shape the bank's product offering by ensuring products are well‑designed, compliant, and aligned with both client needs and regulatory expectations. You will manage governance processes, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support strategic committees where high‑impact decisions are made.

**Your next challenge**:

- Manage the bank's product governance committees, including operational and management committees, where strategic product decisions are validated such as preparing meeting documentation and minutes, managing the approval workflow and ensuring decisions are followed through
- Support Product Owners and Business Lines throughout the approval process, helping design solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Communicate outcomes and updates to senior management, ensuring transparency, clarity, and actionable insights.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Bank's Product Catalogue, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update the BIL Group product governance framework, including charters, policies, templates, and terms of reference.
- Respond to internal/external audit and supervisory requests (CSSF, JST) relating to product governance.

**Your skills**:

- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in the banking or insurance industry as Product Manager/Owner, or in a transversal role (project management, process management, audit ).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to product governance (MiFID II, PRIIPs, ESG ) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and translate them into practical, innovative solutions.
- Confident stakeholder manager, proactive and detail‑oriented, with ease working across all seniority levels;
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
