**Job Description**:
Monitoring the Fund Accounting and TA team’s day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including clients

Monitoring the AML/KYC team’s day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including clients

Monitoring the payment team’s day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including clients

Builds and sustains a premium organization capable of delivering services in a high-volume, client centered environment where higher level of service requires developing/maintaining process excellence

Is a sought-out business partner and resource for client requesting accounting needs by leading individual and team performance

Manage teams (Accounting Principals, TA Manager, etc) under his/her accountability

Encourage new ideas, approaches and opinions

Works together with the (Senior) Managers and Principals to ensure the planning assumptions and input are correct. Accurately establishes capacity plan.

Evaluates optimal resource utilization between each team by ensuring staff allocation arbitration. Assess accordingly the capacity plan.

Ensure efficiency of operations to minimize costs and allow on-time delivery of services to customers.

Works closely with the Country Delivery Director/Regional COO to ensure client’s and team expectations are met

Ensures deadlines and client milestones are met and invoicing is timely and full

Ensures Compliance and risk policies and protocols are adhered to by the entire department and deficiencies repaired and escalated to CDD without delay

Ticketing : non planned tasks, ensure the billability with the Client Director and manage the resources allocation accordingly with Principals and the (Senior) Managers

Change in planned tasks, manage the resources allocation accordingly with Principals and the (Senior) Managers

Takes responsibility for the quality control in the department while promoting empowerment and ownership

Analyse proposals of credit notes / write-offs / rollbacks are managed tightly

Daily time sheet control and approval & overruns check and chargeability

Leads continuous improvement efforts and projects to refine production methods and processes to produce quality services that meet customer requirements in the most cost-effective manner

Directs, guides, monitors the department with consistent and established operating mode, and safety procedures and processes. Engages in problem solving in complex situations.

Develops and maintains targets concerning staffing; overtime budgeting and productivity

Handles people management processes for Principals and the (Senior) Managers under his/her accountability e.g. vacation, sickness, attrition, appraisal, coaching and development

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor / Master in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or Management
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Fund Administration (i.e. accounting / TA / Corporate services, etc)
- Fluent English speaking
- Analytical and pragmatic
- Encourage new ideas, approaches and opinions
- Capable to create a safe and trusting environment, instilling confidence by clearly communicating expectations and ensure that everyone is on the same page
- Passion and understanding of financial services in general. In-depth technical and/or operational experience in the fields of regulated and unregulated structures, PE, RE, AIF exposure
- Good IT skills (Excel, accounting and reporting system)
- Self-starter and able to respect deadlines
- Ability to evolve in a changing environment
- Exposure to People Management responsibilities
