**Your missions**

As Head of Fund Administration, you will:

- Oversee the day-to-day fund administration and NAV calculation processes for Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, and UCITS funds.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, investor reporting, and regulatory filings.
- Implement and optimize fund administration workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg fund regulations (AIFMD, UCITS), CSSF requirements, AML/KYC laws, and IFRS/Lux GAAP accounting standards.
- Act as a key liaison for auditors, regulators, and third-party service providers.
- Keep up to date with regulatory developments and their impact on fund administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investment managers, institutional clients, and service providers.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Support business development by assisting with client onboarding and service enhancement.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of fund accountants and administrators.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team.

**Your ideal profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the Fund industry, preferably within an AIFM, asset manager, or third-party fund administrator.
- Strong knowledge of AIFs, UCITS, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Debt funds.
- Expertise in Luxembourg fund regulations, financial reporting (IFRS, Lux GAAP), and CSSF requirements.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Organized and methodical approach
- Effective task prioritization and workload management
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Languages: English fluent, French is a plus. Any other language is an asset.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
