**Elyah Group**, a consulting firm based in Luxembourg, is seeking a **Trade Finance Specialist** to join one of its prestigious clients in the manufacturing sector.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage Documentary Letters of Credit (LC), including:

- Interfacing with banking institutions.
- Reviewing LC drafts.
- Negotiating LC terms with customers and sales teams.
- Coordinating LC documents with freight forwarders, insurance companies, and inspection agencies.
- Oversee order-to-cash management in collaboration with sales teams:

- Risk assessment and management.
- Reviewing and approving commercial terms for customer orders.
- Handling credit and collection tasks for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Enforcing terms of sale by ensuring timely follow-up on deposits, pre-shipment payments, and overdue invoices.
- Analyze and approve customer credit, including:

- Conducting credit checks and analyzing reports, references, and financial statements.
- Setting appropriate terms and limits.
- Credit approval and release of customer orders.
- Assist in reconciling receivables and preparing periodic management reports related to accounts receivables.

**Your profile**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Finance, preferably in a manufacturing or international logistics/customs environment.
- Experience with contracts and sales agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Persistent, persuasive, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
