**Responsibilities**:
**Your mission**:
As a credit expert and in collaboration with the bank's other centers of expertise (WAP, Legal, Advisory Management), build tailor-made financing solutions able to convince our UHNWI clients or high-potential prospects of the opportunity to work with our bank while ensuring that the risks associated with these operations are acceptable to the bank. Guarantee the good reputation of our bank by the quality of our interventions with our clients.

**Your activities**:

- Coordinate the process of acceptance of complex credit files by our bank (listening, advising, collecting the necessary information, analyzing, formatting, arguing).
- Analyze capital structures of clients; advise on appropriateness of structure vis-à-vis client’s balance sheet, cash flow.
- Develop creative, innovative solutions to new client financings or restructurings within acceptable credit/risk parameters.
- Play a key role in the credit approval process by:

- Issuing credit approval memos/restructure memos
- finding the most appropriate credit structure for the clients based on the information provided by the Relationship Managers
- Editing direct analysis, due diligence, credit presentation
- Approving credit transactions within authority
- Responsible for business development and revenue growth by understanding the capital structure of existing clients and prospects and advising strategies/structures to optimize it
- Be attentive to identifying new business opportunities/asking for referrals
- Originate credit leads from existing clients and prospects and participate in new marketing initiatives with the Commercial Team
- Balance objectives of client, new business generation and risk management
- Train the Relationship Managers on Credit Structuring related topics

Must Have Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in finance or related field essential;
- Expertise in credit, financial instruments
- Energetic and driven with the ability to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills
- Business development and overall communication skills
- High level of analytical skills, including financial analysis
- Ability to identify and analyze credit opportunities and the related credit risks
- Experience in structuring complex transactions
- Ability to maintain a balance between business development and credit risk roles
- Ability to interact with clients
- French and English are a must, Chinese or Russian are strong assets
