We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Analyst in Credit Governance and Monitoring**. This role involves developing and implementing credit policies, creating operational procedures, and enhancing governance frameworks to align with regulatory standards. You will also oversee monitoring and reporting processes, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, document, and update Credit Charters, Policies, and Procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine governance frameworks and operational processes.
- Communicate policies and procedures to stakeholders and provide training when necessary.
- Create and improve monitoring reports to enhance credit portfolio performance insights.
- Support quality assurance by reviewing credit packages and risk opinions.
- Assist in resolving JST and Internal Audit recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support departmental goals.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Attention to detail in developing policies, procedures, and reports.
- Expertise in credit review, assessment, and governance frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex credit data and trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) for creating dashboards and monitoring reports.
- Knowledge of credit regulations and compliance standards in the banking industry.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in credit analysis, risk management, or a related field in banking/financial services.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in credit risk management are an asset.
