Description
SECO Luxembourg est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de projets pour renforcer son équipe opérationnelle.

**Responsabilités**:

- Garantir l'organisation et le suivi des délais des interventions
- Planifier et garder à jour les rendez-vous des techniciens en accord avec le client
- Surveiller les missions pour s’assurer qu’ils seront finis dans les délais et dans les limites du budget
- Participation aux rendez-vous techniques avec les administrations et les clients
- Péparer et analyser les tableaux de bord pour évaluer les performances, identifier les problèmes potentiels et proposer des améliorations
- Collaborer avec le département vente au niveau offres et commandes à venir
- Suivi administratif des chantiers
- Rédaction et mise en forme de courriers et de rapports
- Gérer les dossiers de projets (plateformes, tableaux, notes de chantier, etc.)

**Compétences requises**:

- Bachelor (ou équivalent) dans le domaine concerné
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels informatiques Microsoft Office
- Caractère d'analyste pointu allant vers l’essentiel et avec une approche à l’écoute des clients
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes capacités de communication

**Compétences utiles**:

- Première expérience ou un stage en dans une fonction similaire
- Connaissances du milieu de la construction
- Attitude rigoureuse, consciencieuse, discrète et confidentielle
