SECO Luxemburg ist auf der Suche nach einer/einem Projektmanager/in zur Verstärkung des operativen Teams.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der Organisation und Überwachung der Einhaltung der technischen Interventionsfristen
- Planung und Aktualisierung der Termine der Techniker in Abstimmung mit den Kunden
- Überwachung der Aufgaben, um deren fristgerechte Fertigstellung und Budgeteinhaltung zu gewährleisten
- Teilnahme an technischen Besprechungen mit Behörden und Kunden
- Vorbereitung und Analyse von Dashboards zur Leistungsbewertung, Identifizierung potenzieller Probleme und Vorschlag von Verbesserungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Verkaufsabteilung für zukünftige Angebote und Bestellungen
- Administrative Betreuung der Baustellen
- Verfassen und Gestalten von Briefen und Berichten
- Verwaltung der Projektdokumente (Plattformen, Tabellen, Baustellenberichte, etc.)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bauwesen, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Beherrschung der Microsoft Office-Software
- Präzise Analysefähigkeiten mit einem Fokus auf das Wesentliche und einer kundenorientierten Herangehensweise
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenzen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gewissenhafte, diskrete und vertrauliche Arbeitsweise
