International Project Coordinator

SECO Luxembourg recherche un(e) International Project Coordinatar afin de maintenir le développement des relations commerciales à l'international, créer et maintenir l’excellence pour l’établissement d’offres compétitives (sur le long terme), être le point de contact pour les clients internationaux, augmenter la visibilité de l’entreprise au service de la nouvelle clientèle potentielle, contribuer à la stratégie du marché international, établir les parties administratives et rédactionnelles pour l’élaboration des offres, etc.
Responsabilités
- Développement et entretien de relations client durables et amélioration continue du service offert
- Organisation des réunions kick-off avec les ingénieurs de projet
- Négociation, établissement et gestion des contrats de sous-traitance
- Suivi de l’échéancier de facturation et paiements
- Développement et mise à jour d’un Toolbox de coordination
- Propositions d’amélioration des services au client ou du fonctionnement interne
- Support technique aux ingénieurs travaillant à l’international
- Analyse mensuelle de la liste des commandes en perte (résultats prévus, frais,)
- Support du service commercial dans l’établissement des offres et l’évaluation des prix
- Identification et analyse de nouvelles niches potentielles de développement
Exigences obligatoires
- Ingénieur diplômé en construction ou ingénieur technicien (Master ou Bachelor)
- 3 années d’expériences dans une fonction similaire
- Expérience fondée dans le suivi technique d'un projet d'envergure internationale
- Caractère avec une bonne communication et un optimisme naturel
- Compétences de formateur et de coach d’une équipe d’ingénieurs en direct ou en transversale
- Caractère d'analyste pointu allant vers l’essentiel et avec une approche à l’écoute des clients

- Connaissances du milieu de la construction
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
