**Your Role**

As **Event Coordinator**, you will contribute to the visibility and outreach of MyConnectivity by planning, coordinating, and executing events and communication activities that engage our stakeholders and support our mission.
Reporting to the **Head of Marketing and Communication**, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to deliver high-quality events that reflect our brand and strategic objectives.

**What you will do**
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events such as conferences, workshops, forums, and networking sessions in line with MyConnectivity’s objectives and calendar.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics (venue, suppliers, catering, guest management, technical requirements, etc.).
- Support communication and visibility efforts before, during, and after events, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinate external service providers (event agencies, audiovisual teams, graphic designers, etc.) and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Oversee guest and stakeholder management, including invitations, registration, and follow-up.
- Support partnerships and sponsorships related to events and liaise with key institutional and private stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of event-related materials (presentations, banners, visuals, press releases).
- Ensure post-event evaluation and continuous improvement of event processes.
- Assist in other communication or marketing projects as needed.

**Who you are**
- You have a hands-on, structured, and proactive approach to event organisation.
- You have experience (professional or internship) in event coordination and knowledge about Luxembourg’s events landscape.
- You have experience in marketing, or communication, ideally within a corporate, public, or agency environment.
- You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
- You are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in both independent and team settings.
- You are fluent in **French and English** (written and spoken); knowledge of **Luxembourgish or German** is considered an asset.
- A degree in communication, event management, marketing, or a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
