**Summary**:
A French investment manager with strategies spanning different Real Estate asset classes across Europe is looking for a driven, motivated and commercially minded Fund Controller for a newly created role in their Luxembourg office.
The firm is an instantly recognisable company with a pan-European approach, combined with a strong track record in the structuring and execution of complex real estate transactions makes it a major player in the market. Working closely with a team of 10, you’ll play a key role in investor relations and strategizing with Fund Managers to maximise investment portfolios.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor production of statutory and consolidated accounts with local accountants, and custodian banks.
- Calculation and analysis of fund NAV.
- Lead audit process and make sure reports are issued according to deadlines.
- Calculation of financial returns & funds.
- Working closely with Fund Managers in the production of investor reports and presentations for fundraising.
**Role Requirements**:
- 2-4 years experience within an audit firm or in the finance team of a real estate asset manager
- Fluent English, (French would be considered an advantage)
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail, organization and relationship skills.
- Keen to develop a longer-term career with a leading global financial institution.
