We are currently looking for a Fund Controller on behalf of one of our clients — a leading international group with operations spanning a wide range of sectors across the globe, with a strong focus on Europe. You will be joining a 100% family-owned holding company that oversees a diversified portfolio of strategic activities. The organization combines long-term vision with disciplined financial management, offering a professional environment that is both entrepreneurial and structured.

The group's investment portfolio is particularly diverse, with significant interests in several key sectors: real estate, through large-scale assets and ambitious development projects; private equity, involving investments in high-potential and innovative companies; communications, including media, digital, and advertising; and industry, where the group holds stakes in internationally active manufacturing and technology firms. This variety provides a dynamic context involving financial analysis, investment strategy, and performance monitoring.

Based in Luxembourg, where part of the group's financial operations is centralized, you will take on a key role within the finance team. You will be responsible for management control, financial reporting, profitability analysis of the investments, and the implementation and enhancement of financial monitoring tools. This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and investment teams within an international, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Controller – Holding – Private Equity - Luxembourg

• Monitor cash flows and contribute to the overall financial management of the group ;
• Ensure compliance of financial practices with applicable regulations ;
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts ;
• Produce monthly and annual financial reports for the investment portfolio ;
  Analyze the financial performance of the group's entities and identify variances.

Profile and Career Path | Fund Controller – Holding – Private Equity - Luxembourg

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Fund Controller or as an External Auditor is required.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles is also essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Private Equity sector is expected.
  Fluency in French is mandatory, along with a good command of English.
