**About the role**
Amazing opportunity for an experienced TA specialist to join my client AIFM/Manco, as an in-house Transfer Agent. You will be monitoring of delegated TA activities as we all as performing TA activities in-house and the setup of the in-house functions. We are looking for a self-starter with good self-organization who can work with minimum supervision. We offer excellent work conditions, flexible work (start when you like and finish when it suits you), no timesheet and feeling of being a part of a family.
**Key responsibilities**
- Main point of contact with all relevant parties involved into the setup, the onboarding, and the daily monitoring of the AIFs.
- KYC/CDD checks.
- Prepare draft calculation file (in accordance with LPA & side letters) and notice (in accordance with ILPA).
- Set up of the new investor in the TA and related systems.
**Your Profile**
- Working knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity
- 3 years of experience in a Transfer Agency Department gained in Luxembourg
- English mandatory, French a big plus
- Investran knowledge a plus.
