**Specific duties**:
**Main purpose of role**:
The individual delivers against goals and targets set by the Manager

acting within defined procedures. The role is an SME/Business Team Lead function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure specialist knowledge is kept current and appropriate
- Improve current processes to meet the changing requirements of our clients and improve efficiency
- Ensure awareness of and adherence to the key TA controls at all times
- Participate in completion and implementation of projects as required
- Participate in data review, including checking and sign-off during control process
- Communicate relevant information as appropriate up and down the line and escalate where necessary
- Attend and actively participate in all meetings, ensuring communication is open.

- Exercise due care and due diligence, ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled;
- Comply with the regulatory regimes in which IFDS operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role.

**Knowledge and Competency Requirements**

Specific knowledge, skills and qualifications needed to achieve required performance standards in a Sr. Associate role.

**Essential**
- Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and co-ordination skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar environment, including experience management/supervisory capacity
- Experience within Transfer Agency
- Technical and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency business is required
- Accurate and precise
- Enthusiastic & motivated
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Technical, producer and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency business
- Knowledge of TA systems
- Fluent English language skills
